“For me being the leader and representing all four of these teams and now here in Rio one more time, my goal is to help this team and lead this team to a gold medal and enjoy the process and enjoy the journey,” Anthony said, per USAB.com.

On the other hand, China boasts former NBA player Yi Jianlian and 2016 second round pick, Zhou Qi. The 20-year-old center was chosen 43rd overall by the Houston Rockets. The Chinese will be playing the Americans for the third time in the past several weeks.

Team USA defeated China twice during their pre-Olympic tune-up games. In their first meeting last July 24, the Americans won 106-57 with Kevin Durant leading the way with 19 points, two rebounds, and five assists.

And on their second game last July 26, Team USA won 107-57. DeMarcus Cousins had 21 points and 11 rebounds while Carmelo Anthony added 20 points and five rebounds. Team USA are the favorites to not only beat China, but win the Gold Medal in the 2016 Rio Olympics.
