Did Jinger Duggar announce her courtship with soccer star Jeremy Vuolo?

Is Jinger Duggar going to marry soon?  Jeremy Vuolo, the hunky soccer star is now the reality TV star’s latest boyfriend. The 22-year-old TLC star has announced her courtship with Vuolo on Monday on their family website.

The couple met in May for the first time and went for a mission trip. And while enjoying the trip Duggar started admiring the San Antonio Scorpions’ star and fell in love with him, according to the video clip posted by the couple.

“It was there that I really saw his heart and really admired his character, after that, he contacted my dad Jim Bob Duggar and asked if we could get to know each other.”

“We’re happy to announce that we are officially courting!” Duggar and the 28-year-old soccer star shared in the cute video. “Which means as opposed to a more casual dating relationship, we really want to honor the Lord and be very intentional about how we move forward.”

How did Jinger meet Jeremy?

Jinger’s sister Jessa Duggar and her husband Ben Seewald set up the bridge between the two. Vuolo regularly appeared in the videos posted in Jessa’s YouTube channel. The athlete is a Syracuse graduate and played in the Major League Soccer for the New York Red Bulls, as reported by the Hollywood Life.

“I was initially friends with Ben and Jessa, and it was through them that I got to meet Jinger,” Vuolo revealed his experience about the Duggar family. “We are very excited to begin this journey together.” And we can’t wait to experience this journey with them! And let’s be honest, Jeremy already fits in with the Duggar family perfectly  considering his name starts with a “J!”

Vuolo was raised by his dad in Downingtown, Pennsylvania, according to the USA Magazine. His father was a pastor. He retired from the game to pursue ministry.
