Lil Wayne shared prison life in his upcoming memoir, titled “Gone Til November,” wherein he talked about the experience behind bars including the devastating event when his then girlfriend Tammy Torres cheated on him with fellow rapper and label-mate Drake.
Anybody could admire somebody like the 33-year-old hip hop recording artist from Louisiana Lil Wayne aka Dwayne Carter Jr., whose able to cite every itty-bitty detail of his experience behind the bars, while he’s in New York’s notorious Rikers Island prison system.
After eight months serving inside the prison in 2010, he wrote about his daily life in his personal prison diary that chronicled everything such as the prison’s daily meals, preferred television viewing as well as the relationships between his fellow inmates, Page Six reported.
“Imagine seeing grown-ass men in jail hanging tissue for wedding decorations. And one of them is Lil Wayne. Crazy … They have extensive-ass searches before you come in here, so they made her put on a pair of boxers because they know she didn’t have on panties. Damn!” he wrote.
Moreover, Lil Wayne added in his “Gone Til November” memoir about the event when he performed a same-sex marriage ceremony for his fellow inmates behind the bars. In addition to that, he mentioned about watching “American Idol,” but returned to his cell when “The Wendy Williams” aired on television.
People cited that he also wrote about missing sex and the two female officers suspended for coming to see him. Furthermore, the rapper added high-profile visitors like P. Diddy, Kanye West and his Young Money label-mate Drake to visit him as well.
At the time, Lil Wayne had a bittersweet experience meeting with the person whom his girlfriend cheated on. Drake has not denied the event and told him about the incident that she slept with him.

Within more than half a year inside the notorious Rikers Island, Lil Wayne’s “Gone Til November” became the outcome of his daily chronicles. His memoir will finally release on October 11.
