The Voice Season 9: Blake Shelton Serenades Gwen Stefani with ‘Gonna’

Blake Shelton had to go through a messy divorce with country singer Miranda Lambert earlier this year but that hasn’t stopped him from continuing his new found romance with his fellow Voice judge, Gwen Stefani. As per numerous reports, their budding romance is going strong.

Blake is going gaga over Gwen, at least that’s what looks like based on what he did on Monday at The Voice stage.

The country crooner performed his song ‘Gonna’ about wooing a new lady on The Voice in front of his new love, Gwen. He belted out the tune in what is seen by many as a dedication to Gwen, who bopped along sitting in her red chair. The Hollaback Girl hitmaker smiled throughout while listening to Blake’s song and gave her beau a standing ovation after his performance.

Onlookers also got to see the tender and loving side of Blake with Gwen during the two hour show as the new couple engaged in plenty of PDAs much to the thrill of the audience.

An onlooker told People: “Blake came up to Gwen from behind and kissed her on the head. It was so cute! She turned around looking semi-shocked that he did that.”

The 39-year-old “Doin’ What She Likes” hitmaker also playfully bit girlfriend Gwen’s shoulder in a selfie posted on Monday. Fellow Voice mentors Adam Levine and Pharrell Williams also joined in the selfie that was taken during Ellie Goulding’s pre-taped segment of The Voice.

Apart from Blake, there was another man who wooed Gwen that day and it was The Voice’s 16-year-old contestant and heartthrob, Zach Seabaugh.

The Elvis Presley-esque teen’s beautiful rendition of Miley Cyrus’ “The Climb on an Acoustic Guitar” left Gwen breathless so much that she wished she was in high school.

The 16-year-old Southern lad from Blake’s team also left the audience spellbound with his performance.
