Fallout 4 PS4 1.09, 1.7 patch update, mods release won’t happen as they remain ‘under evaluation?’

Fallout 4 PS4 1.09 and 1.7 patch updates were already launched and are now available across platforms except for PS4. Mod release for this new generation console remained murky as Bethesda failed to announce its official release date.

Different patch versions 1.09 and 1.7 for Fallout 4 were already made available for the avid players this month. But they’re only released for specific platforms excluding PS4. These were supposed to support for Nuka World DLC which will be released next week.

For PS4, on the other hand, Bethesda remained mum about its official launching. The game developer failed to provide the fans about its development. They announced earlier that they might have it before Skyrim: Special Edition release in October.

However, the problem is that the company still failed to confirm its development progress though the planned release is fast approaching. Thus, many fans thought it won’t likely come which certainly made them disappointed.

Bethesda studio VP Pete Hines explained the mods’ real status, Express reported. He affirmed that he won’t announce any dates as long as the evaluation isn’t finished yet. That also means their October target for Fallout 4 PS4 mods release won’t happen soon.

“Until evaluation is done there is no way to give a date. We don’t have a date when [evaluation] will be done,” he said.

If the evaluation has ended with passable results, the avid Fallout players would likely have the following patch notes. First, they could gain support for Nuka World DLC for the game play. They could also have a new store art type for Workshop settlements. Lastly, they could earn the ability to delete the Add Ons without uninstalling them from the game.

In addition to that, the users could also receive different large shipments from vendors like ceramic, copper, rubber, steel and wood, according to Push Square. These materials will be great for Fallout 4 users who wanted to do some settlement building.
