One of the most talked about NBA athletes, Dwight Howard has decided to part ways with his agent, Dan Fegan just in the middle of the 2015-2016 season.
A statement by Howard was released by Sam Amick of USA today:
As I continue to embark on my NBA journey, I have decided to sever my relationship with Dan Fegan and Relativity Sports. I have the utmost respect for Dan, but this is the right decision for me. My sole focus remains working with my teammates to position the Rockets for a pursuit of a championship. I wish Dan and the team at Relativity all the best in the future.
Fegan has been losing clients left and right. For the past year, Fegan has lost the LA Clippers, Deandre Jordan right after the brouhaha with the Dallas Mavericks and its owner Mark Cuban. A few months ago, former #1 draft pick, John Wall of the Washington Wizards parted ways with Fegan as well.
Howard, has already began looking for Fegan’s replacement. For the meantime, it has been reported that Howard was already in discussion with seven NBA teams that could work out a trade for him before his contract with the Rockets will end after next season.
