Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 release date confirmed this coming October in North America. There will be new playable characters in PS4, Xbox One, PC gameplay.

Bandai Namco has announced the release date of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 including the pre-order bonuses and special editions in Europe as part of the game’s presence at Japan Expo 2016.

Gematsu posted some information released for the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Deluxe Edition and Collector’s Edition:

For Deluxe Edition:

  1. A copy of the game
  2. Early access to playable character Future Trunks
  3. Season Pass: Extend your experience and get access to four separate content packs, including:
  • Playable characters
  • Episodes and Quests
  • Masters and Masters Quests
  • Stages
  • Skills, Costumes, and accessories

For Collector’s Edition:

  1. A copy of the game
  2. Son Goku Super Master Stars Piece (34cm tall)
  3. Exclusive box design with metal Shenron
  4. Time Patroller’s Guide

According to TechnoBuffalo, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will be having the same storyline with the previous one and the gamers have the chance to create their own characters. Cooler, Lord Slug, and ultimate villain Janemba return along with other characters, moves, and techniques that only appear in the films.
