Fifa 17 is due for release on September 27, 2016. However, gamers are already eager to know the little details the game has to offer. In a recent leak, most of the FIFA 17 player ratings for Manchester United became visible to the public eye. In a rather surprising fashion, Anthony Martial was left behind by Ashley Young and Memphis Depay.
David De Gea has been unsurprisingly rated the highest at Manchester United, with Cameron Borthwick-Jackson the lowest. The biggest surprise has been the rating of the FIFA 17 cover star, Anthony Martial. The Frenchman has been rated behind the likes of Ashley Young and Memphis Depay with the latter having a disastrous first season at Old Trafford, as reported by Express.
Martial has had a brilliant first season at United, considering the press tagging him as a “waste of money” at the start of the season. The 20-year-old has made a total of 31 appearances for United last season where he scored a total of 11 goals. He also created 37 chances for the team and had an average pass accuracy of 77%. Mostly used on the wing by former United manager Louis Van Gaal, Martial had a shot accuracy of 56%, as reported by Squawka.com.
Martial’s brilliant showing in the United colors earned him a place in the France national squad for the Euro 2016. The former Monaco man also played a very important role in Manchester United’s FA Cup triumph.
