Pokemon Go has significantly changed the landscape of mobile gaming. The sensational game developed by Niantic has received such a strong response from fans and enthusiasts. Then again, some gamers continue to want more.
The newest Pokemon gaming experience is an undeniable success. Still, there are a number of issues that need to be addressed. Niantic is completely aware that they will have to do something about these concerns to sustain the momentum to the hype.
In response, the game devs have laid out grand plans for the game, including the highly suggested Pokemon Trading feature. Here are a few of the major Pokemon Go updates that we are all excited about.
There have been many talks lately about the absence of Pokemon Trading in the released version of the game. The beta version of the game had it. In the previous version, players can send requests within the app and the other party can choose to accept of decline.
Details on why it was omitted have not been released. But game developers say that they are definitely looking into this. Hardcore gamers speculate that this will be added soon.
More Mods for PokeStops
Currently, players can drop a ‘lure’ that can attract Pokemon to the Stops. Game developers are planning to add more items that can further change the function of PokeStops in the future. One of the options that they are considering is to integrate PokeCenters so trainers can easily heal up their injured Pokemon.
Niantic also recently introduced Candela, Blanche, and Spark. These three are the respective Team Leaders for Valor, Mystic, and Instinct factions of the game. Although they won’t bring huge changes in the gameplay, they will be interacting with players from time to time.
New Pokemon Available
Probably the most anticipated Pokemon Go update would be the release of more Pokemon available to catch. Everyone is asking about the five legendary Pokemon included in the original roster. Are we going to see Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mew, and Mewtwo in the wild?
Only time can tell.
Pokemon trainers though will have to wait before these updates are realized. For now, Niantic is putting a lot of effort in improving the reliability of their servers. These major changes can be expected once the team is able to stabilize and polish the gaming experience for its players.
