Johnny Manziel ‘can’t wait to leave College Station’

It appears Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel has had enough of the college scene.

Something set the Texas A&M quarterback off in the early hours of Sunday morning. According to USA Today Sports, Manziel tweeted (WARNING: there is vulgar language in the tweet) that he “can’t wait to leave college station,” citing “bullsh*t like tonight” as the reason for his desire to depart A&M. Ah, good ole’ “bullsh*t like tonight,” – we’ve all been there.

Manziel quickly deleted his annoyed tweet and replaced it with a much warmer one…kind of. In this new tweet, Manziel implores that he loves Texas A&M, but suggests (with two uses of “please”) that people “walk a day in my shoes.”

It has yet to be revealed what caused Manziel to take to Twitter, but this isn’t the first time Manziel has had issues with being a celebrity on the college scene.

Yahoo! Sports reported earlier this year that Manziel struggled with the mob of attention he was receiving while on campus, and resorted to taking only online classes.

It’s becoming more and more clear that Manziel will forgo his junior season and enter the 2014 NFL draft. As ProFootballTalk notes, Manziel will most likely draw comparisons to Seattle’s Russell Wilson, with his smaller size and ability to run.
