Manchester United News: Pogba, Mkhitaryan woes revealed by Mino Raiola

Manchester United’s new summer signings Paul Pogba and Henrikh Mkhitaryan have failed to produce their goods at Old Trafford until now. The duos agent, Mino Raiola has revealed the reason behind both the payers’ slow start to life at Manchester.

“It’s true Pogba is not playing his best yet, he is taking time to adjust but people don’t always see the bigger picture. He will dominate for 10 years. He is United’s lost son.” Raiola said, according to Daily Mail.

Raiola, who brokered the sensational move for the player still believes that the Old Trafford crowd will enjoy the players’ brilliance soon. The super-agent has mentioned that it takes time for any player to settle into a new club, but once it’s done, United will look like a different team altogether.

Regarding Mkhitaryan, Raiola has stated that the Armenian was the best player in the German Bundesliga for two consecutive seasons. His impact has been halted by fitness issues and once he overcomes that, Premier League will witness the true potential of the player.

“Mkhi was the best player in the German league the last two seasons. He has a strong mentality and will be an asset once fully fit” Raiola added.

The Italian-born Dutch football agent also believes that it’s good for United to lose some games at the beginning of the campaign. This will make the entire team grounded and rectify on their mistakes.

“I still think United will win the league though as they now have the quality.” The 48-year-old stressed.

I think Mourinho needs to be given some time. It’s a new team, new manager. Everything will fall into place slowly and then United will be back.
