NBA All Star reserves named
Coaches have selected 14 players as reserves for the All Star game and Jamal Crawford still is not one of them.
Crawford is in his 13th year in the league and has not once been picked for the All Star game, notes the LA Times.
The players chosen for the East are: Carmelo Anthony, Chris Bosh, Tyson Chandler, Luol Deng, Kevin Garnett, Paul George, Jrue Holiday, Kyrie Irving, LeBron James, Joakim Noah, Rajon Rondo, and Dwayne Wade.
The players chosen for the West are: LaMarcus Aldridge, Kobe Bryant, Tim Duncan, Kevin Durant, Blake Griffin, James Harden, Dwight Howard, David Lee, Tony Parker, Chris Paul, Zach Randolph, and Russel Westbrook.
The big headlines for this All Star game are Tim Duncan and Chris Bosh. This will be Duncan’s 14th trip to the All Star game the second most, of active players, following Kobe Bryant and Kevin Garnett who both have 15. Chris Bosh is now going for the eighth time in his ten year career.
The game will be held at the Toyota Center in Houston on Sunday, Feb. 17 at 8 P.M. ET and will be televised on TNT.
