DeMar DeRozan
For now, the fans expect DeRozan to stay with the Raptors. The 6-foot 7-inches shooting guard is still in good shape with the Toronto Raptors and can make the most money by signing with the Canadian team.

The Lakers have been rumored to be keen on signing DeRozan on a long-term deal. Still, don’t expect the 27-year-old shooting guard to leave the Raptors.

Kevin Durant
This could be a tough fight for Lakers, but the Lakers are going to make a run for it. The Lakers are not going to miss this great opportunity and try to lure Kevin Durant away from Oklahoma City Thunder, Durant would be a game-changer for the Lakers. The 27-year-old former MVP is one of the top scorers in the NBA today, this makes him a top target for the struggling Lakers.

Hassan Whiteside
Another top priority target among big men in free agency. The 30-year-old center offers some of the highest upsides in the free agent pool. The Miami Heat want Whiteside back, but it might not give him a max deal.

If that happens, the Lakers might get the chance to sign the big man. Whiteside had an impressive performance with Miami, averaging a double-double with 11. 8 points and 10 rebounds per game.

Dirk Nowitzki
Nowitzki is the latest big name to enter the free agency market. On Tuesday, Nowitzki opted out his contract with the Dallas Mavericks, this makes him an unrestricted free agent this offseason.

But Lakers have the big problem here as the Warriors are also in the hunt for Nowitzki. But all of these are just rumors, which means that the Lakers still have the chance to get the German superstar. Nowitzki could be a good fit for Lakers, the Lakers could even add him as their No. 2 center or forward.

Al Horford
Reports are swirling around the web that Horford is likely to leave the Hawks. The timing is great for the Lakers, the team has the cap space to offer him a max deal. Adding the tough big man Horford would be a big boost to the Lakers’ front court. The Lakers have already been linked to Horford, so this is no longer a surprise to everyone.
