Browns vs. Patriots Preview, Odds, and Prediction: Tom Brady returns from suspension

Football Sunday will surely be a highly anticipated show when the Cleveland Browns host Tom Brady and the New England Patriots. It will be an interesting match as the Patriots are all fired up with the return of Brady as they are highly picked to score a win.

After a 3-0 start, the Patriots are coming into the game against the Browns badly hurt following their 16-0 loss to the Bills in Week 4. Pressure mounts on Brady as he returns onto the field following his four-game suspension.

According to the odd shark, with the return of Brady Sunday’s match will be a one-sided affair and a strong consensus sees a large margin in the score. With news of Brady back, the Patriots opened the betting odds with a 10-point favorite advantage. This made them the first road team this season to get such betting advantage.

Brady’s return brings a huge impact on the Patriots game as they have averaged 29.1 points under his watch. Without Brady on the field, the Patriots are down 20.3 points. It won’t be a surprise for the Browns to get lesser of an excitement as they are still winning less sporting a 0-4 tally.

It would take a miracle for Hue Jackson to turn things around comes Sunday and score an upset as the Patriots want to bounce back. A win by the Patriots would be their sixth out of their seven meetings dating back to 2003.

But what is disturbing is that the media were not granted an interview with Brady on how he aims to carry the Patriots this Sunday. According to Yahoo Sports, Patriots coach Bill Belichick has not officially placed Brady on the roster for Sunday’s game. It seems Belichick is getting back in the NFL not handling Brady’s suspension very well.

Belichick is using the roster exemption to keep Brady out from being distracted by the media on his thoughts of coming back from suspension. Brady’s return is a story many football fans are looking forward to but Belichick does not like to put more pressure on Brady heading on to their match against the Browns.

Despite the strong odds behind them, Belichick and the Patriots will not take the Browns lightly as they want to avoid a back-to-back setback. Brady’s return from suspension is the most talk about around the league and people will witness it this Sunday at the FirstEnergy Stadium, Cleveland, Ohio.
