Ex-lovers and country singers Blake Shelton and Miranda Shelton are back together again. That is a music collaboration for the upcoming 50th Annual Country Music Awards (CMA). However, there are rumors that Gwen Stefani is rather ‘devastated’ by the news fearing that sparks might fly again between the ex-couple.
Shelton and Lambert will have sing together in a music collaboration called “Artists of Then, Now, And Forever – Forever Country.” The couple will share the stage together with other country music artists, such as Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood, and Luke Bryan.
That should not be a cause for worry for Stefani but rumors about their relationship going sour recently have fueled talks of a possible break-up. Thus, the timing of the ex-couple’s reunion is a tad off-key with regards to Shelton’s relationship with Stefani.
According to Hall of Fame Magazine, the reason for Shelton and Stefani’s disagreement comes from another rumor that they are fighting over where they would live after they get married. Despite these rumored wedding, neither Shelton nor Stefani gave any confirmation whether there is really a wedding that’s going to happen. In fact, Stefani brushed aside the wedding rumors that have been circulating.
As for Shelton and Lambert, there might be a bit of awkwardness on their part when they meet given the fact that they had a much-publicized divorce. Being professionals, however, both artists are expected to set aside whatever personal feelings and differences they have in order to give an excellent performance during the CMA.
As for the rumors of the ex-couple rekindling their romance, Celebrity Laundry reported that there is a chance they might stating that there are rumors how Lambert feels jealous of Shelton’s newfound relationship with Stefani.
If that rumor turns out to be true, then Stefani has every right to feel jealous and insecure as well. What does Shelton say in all these? It is said that he was excited about it.
“This is one of those things where you get the phone call – and I really didn’t even ask what the song was. I just said sure, I’d love to be a part of whatever you guys are doing. It’s one of those things where you’re just honored to be in with accompanying artists,” he said.
