The 26-year-old linebacker had 2.5 sacks in the Super Bowl and dominated Cam Newton for the entire stretch of the game. Miller was also handed the MVP honors after Broncos’ 24-10 victory over Panthers, as reported by Sports Illustrated.

“These forces collide and make gravity waves, like when I collided with Cam Newton and forced him to fumble.” Miller said.

Miller went on to provide one-liners about Broncos’ victory over Panthers.

“Come on, I told you this is science, man. These waves are everywhere in the universe, just like I’m everywhere when Cam Newton closes his eyes.” Miller added.

The linebacker also went on to mock Panthers’ valued offense which was only able to put up 10 points on the board against Broncos.

Von Miller, who is always known to be outspoken did not miss the chance to bring up his amazing performance on the NFL’s biggest stage. Although his intentions may have been to inflict humor, social media has had mixed reactions towards the segment.

Some like Erika Fernandez of Black Sports Online enjoyed his performance.

While others thought the segment was a reflection of bad taste. Television critic Ryan McGee was not impressed with Miller’s comment on Cam Newton.

Whichever side of the coin you might be on, it’s safe to bet that Cam Newton himself won’t be too fond of the comedy.
