Cristiano Ronaldo Gay Relationship Affect His Game? Admits to ‘Personal Problems’

Cristiano Ronaldo has admitted that his “personal problems” are the reasons for his up-and-down form this season.

A French Television channel claimed last week that the Real Madrid star, 30, has been flying to North Africa three or four times a week after training sessions to spend time and enjoy some “cuddles” with Moroccan kickboxer Badr Hari, speculating rumours that the Real Madrid star is in a relationship with Hari.

After Real Madrid thrashed Malmo to a 8-0 defeat on Tuesday, Ronaldo acknowledged that his personal and off-field issues have been affecting his performance.

According to The Sun, Ronaldo in an interview to Spanish TV station Antena 3 said: “I have been below my level.”

“You have to take into account that I have had some personal problems.”

“I would prefer to keep them to myself — but I am in a better place now.”

Real Madrid secured the top spot in Champions League Group A category with the Portuguese netting four aces.

Ronaldo was in the news recently because of rumours of his feud with the Barnabeu boss Rafa Benitez leading to speculation that the three time winner of Ballon d’Or will move to Manchester United or Paris Saint-Germain.

Ronaldo on his part though, has dismissed rumours of any rift with the former Liverpool manager Benitez and confirmed that he will not be leaving the La Liga giants this summer.

“I have two years left on my contract, and I will stay here”, Ronaldo said, according to the report published in The Sun.

“It’s only speculation. These rumours surface every year, but I am happy here.”

“It is normal to be criticised, at a club like Real Madrid, when things don’t go well.”

“We have to give Benitez time. He is doing a good job and is adapting well to Real Madrid.”

“I have a good relationship with him, as do all other players.”
