Manchester United stars seem to celebrate their win against Watford late again on Saturday night as they enjoyed night out for Chris Smalling’s 26th birthday at a luxury restaurant. The stars were joined by their WAGs who too seemed to be having a gala time.
Ashley Young, Morgan Schneiderlin and Jesse Lingard, all of whom started in the Barclays Premier League win earlier in the day, were out to party with their team-mate, while goalscorer Memphis Depay continued his celebrations on a day when he scored for the first time since September.
Bastian Schweinsteiger, who saw his last-gasp shot deflected into his own net by Troy Deeney for the winner at Vicarage Road, was also in attendance, alongside his girlfriend tennis star Ana Ivanovic at Avalanche restaurant in central Manchester.
Daley Blind, Paddy McNair, and injured English international Luke Shaw were also among the attendees, but England captain Wayne Rooney, who missed the trip to Watford because of illness, and French striker Anthony Martial, who is out injured, were both absent from the party.
However, Phil Jones who went out injured against Watford attended the birthday celebrations inspite of his ankle problem.
James Wilson too attended Smalling’s party with his girlfriend Frankie Barwell. Smalling’s former central defensive partner and West Brom’s Jonny Evans too made his presence in the party.
The Premier League stars were surrounded by a bevy of women including model Rhian Sugden and their WAGs as Smalling kicked off his 26th birthday celebrations at a luxury restaurant which boasts of providing private functions with “class, elegance and style”.
Smalling arrived in a classic black suit, while his team-mates were a little more experimental with their fashion choices with Depay wearing a camouflage shirt with ripped jeans and a fur-lined coat, while Blind topped off his outfit with a backwards cap. Coordinating their outfits, Smalling’s model girlfriend Sam Cooke wore a floor-length black lace dress with her hair tucked in a stylish bun. Model Rhian Sugden looked a ravishing beauty in her white low cut body hugging dress.
The birthday boy has been in form this season winning applauds for his performance and displaying the kind of performance that the team wants to see when he was signed from Fulham five years ago for £10million.
There was even more celebration for the United stars as Saturday’s win means that they are now second in the Premier League behind Leicester City.
