WWE Money in the Bank 2016 preview, predictions, schedule and live streaming

WWE Money in the Bank 2016 will be this Sunday, June 19 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The match card is stacked with big matches including the Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Here is Sportsrageous’ full WWE Money in the Bank 2016 preview, predictions, schedule and live stream.

Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship

This will be Roman Reigns’ third defense of his WWE championship while it is Seth Rollins’ first shot at the title he never lost. The outcome of this match is easy to predict as the WWE will not let their poster boy Reigns lose his title very easily after his first two uninspired runs.

On the other hand, the company has to prolong this feud and a DQ finish is likely. They could also do a count-out win for Rollins, but this result will just piss off the IWC. There is also the possibility of the new Mr. Money in the Bank cashing-in but that’s highly unlikely.

Prediction: Roman Reigns win via DQ

John Cena vs. A.J. Styles

A dream match for many and it has the possibility of being a contender for Match of the Year. Styles is one of the best workers in the WWE at the moment and Cena has proven that he can keep up with the best of them

The winner of this match is hard to predict as Styles needs a win after two losses to Roman Reigns while this is Cena’s first match back after his shoulder injury. The WWE will have to protect Styles’ credibility by having him win this one. It won’t hurt Cena since he will win the next two and bury The Club. Typical Super Cena booking.

Prediction: A.J. Styles win via pinfall.

Dean Ambrose vs. Cesaro vs. Alberto Del Rio vs. Chris Jericho vs. Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn in a Money in the Bank Ladder Match

Ambrose and Owens are the top two favorites to come out with the briefcase containing a world title shot. Cesaro and Jericho also deserve to win while Zayn will have his time. As for Del Rio, he does not need the win since he’s already dating Paige.

Anyways, Ambrose has been booked strongly heading into the match which means he won’t win it. He would have been the perfect holder of the briefcase, lurking around Reigns and Rollins. However, Owens winning is not a bad thing either.

Prediction: Kevin Owens becomes the new Mr. Money in the Bank

The New Day vs. The Club vs. Enzo & Big Cass vs. The Vaudevillains in a Fatal 4-Way Match for the WWE Tag Team Championships

Is it the right time for The New Day to drop the tag titles to The Club? Maybe, but it won’t be at WWE Money in the Bank 2016. The match will be a total chaos with the dynamics between the four teams.

The Club can win the titles in the next pay-per-view while Enzo & Big Cass resumes their feud with The Vaudevillains. Vince McMahon is very high on The Realest Guys in the room but it’s too soon to give them the titles.

Prediction: The New Day wins via pinfall

Rusev vs. Titus O’Neil for the United States Championship

The US title’s credibility took a hit after the reigns of Alberto Del Rio and Kalisto. On the other hand, Rusev needs to be re-established as a monster heel and him winning over a big man like Titus is a good start.

Prediction: Rusev wins via submission

WWE Women’s Champion Charlotte & Dana Brooke vs. Natalya & Becky Lynch

The team of Charlotte and Dana Brooke has only formed recently but the WWE may have plans of ending it already. However, the women’s champion already defeated Natalya and Becky Lynch this year and she’ll likely get Paige next.

Prediction: Charlotte & Dana Brooke win via pinfall

Sheamus vs. Apollo Crews

When Baron Corbin faced off against Dolph Ziggler at Payback, everyone expected the veteran to put over the new guy. It did not happen and it looks like the same thing will happen with Sheamus and Apollo Crews. Expect three matches between the two just like with Corbin and Ziggler.

Prediction: Sheamus wins via pinfall

Dolph Ziggler vs. Baron Corbin

The right decision is Corbin going over Ziggler. It does not make sense if The Showoff wins this one. Corbin has the potential to be a future world champion and his Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal win at WrestleMania 32 will just go to waste if he loses. By the way, congratulations to both men for not being in the Kickoff Show this time.

Predictions: Baron Corbin wins via pinfall
