Balor accepted Nakamura’s challenge but no announcement was made regarding the schedule of the match. NXT creator and senior producer, Triple H, teased a Finn Balor vs. Shinsuke Nakamura at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn.

It has not been officially announced but fans should expect the match to happen in Brooklyn during SummerSlam weekend. Nakamura is still undefeated in NXT and his two TakeOver matches against Sami Zayn in Dallas and Austin Aries last Wednesday are Match of the Year candidates.

As for Balor, it will be a great way to leave NXT with a dream match with Nakamura. Both superstars came from New Japan Pro Wrestling and it will be their first one-on-one match in a WWE ring.
