WWE Rumors: Brock Lesnar vs. Bill Goldberg at WrestleMania 33 confirmed?

Brock Lesnar and Bill Goldberg have been teasing a rematch since the WWE 2K17 video game trailer was released. According to the latest WWE rumors, Lesnar vs. Goldberg II will likely happen at WrestleMania 33 next year in Orlando, Florida.

Backstage WWE rumors suggest that Goldberg is close to signing a deal with the company despite all the animosity between both sides. The 49-year-old wrestler appearing in a WWE video game was a good start in burying the hatchet.

The teasing of the rematch continued this week when Goldberg blew his nose on a Lesnar t-shirt and rips it up. He told The Fanatics View that The Beast is “next” further fuelling the WWE rumors about their future match.

According to Forbes, the WWE might use Shane McMahon to name Goldberg as Lesnar’s opponent for WrestleMania 33. Shane-O-Mac was attacked by The Beast at SummerSlam and he vowed that it’s not over between them.

The former UFC and WWE champion is currently on hiatus but he will face Randy Orton in a live event in Chicago. He is also expected to have a match or appear at the Royal Rumble to start the buildup of his match at WrestleMania. The last time the two superstars collided was at WrestleMania 20 in one of the worst matches of all-time.
