The WWE will be bringing the brand extension back and SmackDown is going to air live on Tuesdays starting July 19 on the USA Network. According to the latest WWE rumors, there is a possibility that Triple H will lead an NXT Invasion storyline during the superstar draft on July 11.
Triple H has not made an appearance ever since losing the WWE World Heavyweight championship at WrestleMania 32 against Roman Reigns. His wife, Stephanie McMahon, is in the middle of the New McMahon Era angle with his father, Vince, and brother, Shane.

Former WWE superstar and announcer Taz suggested a great storyline for the WWE to use in their upcoming brand split. In an interview with Sports Illustrated, The Human Suplex Machine said that the WWE should cut Raw to two hours and put NXT as the pre-show on Mondays.
“Stephanie and Shane have a kind of sibling rivalry, so Stephanie will run Smackdown and Shane will run Raw. Stephanie will ask, ‘Why do you get three hours on your brand and I only get two on mine?’” Taz said.
“Then, Vince can come out and settle the argument between his kids by making it plain and simple–‘Raw and Smackdown will both be two hours.’ When someone asks what happens to that third hour, then boom, you play Triple H’s music and you give NXT to Triple H,” he added.
Danny Cox of The Inquisitr thinks that it is not a bad idea and it makes a lot of sense since The Game started the “New Era” back in NXT. Also, Triple H has teased the end of the NXT brand on Twitter with the next live event special titled “NXT TakeOver: The End” and no touring dates past the July 19 date.
