WWE Rumors: The Undertaker appearing at SummerSlam? Deadman signing with SmackDown Live

The Undertaker has been absent on WWE television ever since he defeated Shane McMahon at WrestleMania 32. However, the latest WWE rumors suggest that the latest photo of The Undertaker means that he is close to returning and it could be as soon as SummerSlam.

According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, the 51-year-old was spotted in a bar in Texas, where Raw and SmackDown was held, with Shane-O-Mac. In the photo with a fan below, The Undertaker has dyed his hair, something he does when he is returning to television.

Cageside Seats reported that The Undertaker may be indeed returning to WWE television and it may happen as soon as SummerSlam. It is still unclear what The Deadman’s role will be but he usually gets involved in big feuds.

Many fans have speculated after WrestleMania 32 that The Undertaker has retired at the event. WWE rumors continued to swirl with one being that The Phenom’s relationship with Vince McMahon is deteriorating.

Those WWE rumors were not confirmed but a recent post by The Undertaker’s real-life wife, Michelle McCool, on Instagram teased his return. In the image below, several signs for SmackDown superstars were made by their two daughters.

It should be noted that The Undertaker and his family lives in the Austin area where this week’s SmackDown was held. They could just be catching up with the WWE but The Undertaker dying his hair is a clear sign that he is returning to television.
