If you are still wondering about the Titanic reference then here’s the answer.
The clock referred to by Adele is the famous meeting point of lovers Jack Dawson and Rose DeWitt Bukater played by Leonardo and Kate Winslet in the 1997 blockbuster, Titanic. Nominated for the best actor category for The Revenant, Leonardo is widely tipped to win the Oscars this time.
However, to take home the golden lady, he has to beat the likes of Eddie Redmayne, Bryan Cranston, Matt Damon and Michael Fassbender. Leonardo has previously been nominated thrice in the category.
The Revenant tells the story of a frontiersman on a fur trading expedition in the 1820s. Left for dead by members of his hunting team, he has to brave cold and survive a bear attack.
