It looks like former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger will take over the boardroom in The New Celebrity Apprentice.
Donald Trump’s recent victory in the US presidential election has people around the world looking for the show that made him famous. The hit NBC show, The Apprentice, ran for 14 season in the span of more than a decade. Now, its spin-off The Celebrity Apprentice, will premiere its eighth season and largely because of Trump’s victory.
After Trump’s victory in the 2016 US presidential election, a new global demand for The Apprentice emerged, according to the New York Post. The show, which prominently headlined Trump as the head of the boardroom, will undergo some major changes. Since the US president-elect is no longer available, the show sets its eyes on another successful celebrity politician/businessman.
The New Celebrity Apprentice will now have Arnold Schwarzenegger as the head of the boardroom, NBC’s official site reports. The venue, however, will shift to Los Angeles. The twice-elected California governor, successful businessman and also an international movie superstar will reign over the boardroom.
