Denver Broncos outside linebacker Von Miller stole the show at the 2016 Grammy Awards with his sizzling jacket. However, the jacket was a rush job and was put together within 48 hours’ notice. The designer of the jacket had to fly in special material across the country.

Chandra Ferrer, Von Miller’s personal stylist said that the 26-year-old decided to attend the Grammy’s at the last-minute and she was give the heads up only last Thursday.

Ferrer wanted the Denver Broncos superstar to rule the red carpet at the Grammy’s and hence came up with the idea of the jacket. She showed the design to Von who instantly loved it, as reported by TMZ.

A special French fabric called “French Metallic Opalescent Cloque” was ordered from New York City. The fabric was rushed over by Thursday night.

The special dazzle that we can see on the jacket is the effect of the fabric. No sequins or bedazzling were used.

The jacket also had a special Super Bowl 50 MVP tag stitched inside.

Von Miller’s Grammy jacket cost $1,300 and it was a bumper hit. However, one cannot place a price tag on swag! Especially on someone who has just won the Super Bowl Most Valuable Player award.
