Chris Brown calls Kehlani’s suicide attempt a ‘drama waiting to unfold’

Chris Brown is not buying Kehlani’s story behind her suicide attempt.

Chris Brown, of all people, is not convinced of Kehlani’s suicide attempt, calling it a drama meant to cover up the things she had done to NBA player Kyrie Irving.

TMZ reported that Brown, who is a friend of Irving, went on social media and called Kehlani’s ordeal a P.R. stunt meant to collect sympathy in an attempt to cover for her “sins” when she was exposed to have cheated Irving by coveting with his now boyfriend “PartyNextDoor,” (PND) whose real name is Jahron Anthony Brathwaite.

“There is no attempting suicide. Stop flexing for the gram. Doing sh*t for sympathy so them comments under your pics don’t look so bad,” Brown posted on Twitter, obviously referring to Kehlani.

Kehlani was rushed to the hospital Monday and was then placed under psychiatric hold after doctors found out that she tried to commit suicide. The 20-year old even posted pictures of her being dozed by an IV and a picture of PND. She also stated that she never cheated on Irving and thanked PND for “saving” her life.

“I am severely utterly in love with my first love (referring to PND). Went thru a bad breakup and ended up easing into a relationship with a man who was one of my best friend [Irving]. Tho we realized we both weren’t exactly at a time where we were prepared to do so. No I’m not a CHEATER, a THOT, I’m a BELIEVER IN FOLLOWING YOUR HEART and not LYING TO YOURSELF,” Kehlani said in her post as preserved by Baller Alert.

Brown, on his part, is not buying Kehlani’s story as he went on to slam the latter on social media, which netizens fired back at him and calling him “insensitive.” But Brown stated that he would not back down from his comments, saying that he would stand out for his friends and that includes Irving.

“I’ll be the BIGGEST PIECE OF s**t. But ima ride for my Homies regardless. KYRIE is probably one of the only good guys left. IDGAF!!!” Brown added. In response to those who called his antics “insensitive.”

USA Today reports that gossip bloggers Perez Hilton and Rob Shuter did not like Brown’s comment and openly bashed the rapper song-writer.

“Thankfully, most people have little sympathy for you,” Hilton stated referring to Borwn’s 2009 felony charges for beating ex-girlfriend Rhianna on the eve of the Grammy Awards that netted him five-years of probation and a five-year restraining order.

On the other hand, veteran publicist-turned-celebrity reporter Rob Shuter, who runs naughtygossip.com, stated that Brown is a “trouble maker” and needs professional help as well for minding other’s personal business.

“He’s a troublemaker and he’s seeking attention. Everything he’s saying about her, he’s doing himself. I wish I could hold up a mirror to him. A therapist would call it projection. He inserted himself into a situation he had no business being in,” Shuter said.

Kehlani is said to be still in the hospital in Los Angeles and is making good progress with her condition. Doctors are still assessing is she still poses a serious threat to herself. Mental evaluation will be done to determine if she is already fit for release.
