A recently released biopic by Michel’le Touissant has apparently shed some light on the abuse she suffered while she was with estranged ex-husband Dr. Dre. The details of her accounts, are at the very least disturbing, with some details of her abuse describing how Dre “tossed” her around at home.

“He (Dr. Dre) just came home quite wasted. I was in the bed and the next thing you know … pop and he tossed me around,” shared Michel’le.

There were times that the abuse was so bad that Michel’le claimed to have worn sunglasses just to cover her black eyes. The abuse also left a distinct scar on the back of her neck, one of her legs and even her ribs.

Dr. Dre also hit other women?

Sources also indicate that this was not the only case of Dr. Dre physically assaulting a woman. In 1991, the same year as Marcell Young’s (Michel’le and Dre’s son) birthday, journalist Dee Barnes was apparently attacked by Dr. Dre during an incident in a Los Angeles nightclub.

Despite all these accusations, Dr. Dre and his representatives have been adamant at claiming that the allegations are all untrue. The rapper has even threatened Sony with legal repercussions if they ever show any controversial content from the upcoming Surviving Compton- Michel’le’s tell all movie.

Dr. Dre also claims that Michel’le is simply spreading her accusations of abuse just as a means of marketing her upcoming movie.

Although, prior to the release of Surviving Compton, the rapper issued an apology to women whom he admits he “hurt” the past years.

“Twenty-five years ago I was a young man drinking too much and in over my head with no real structure in my life. However, none of this is an excuse for what I did. I’ve been married for 19 years and every day I’m working to be a better man for my family, seeking guidance along the way,” shared Dr. Dre in his apology. “I’m doing everything I can so I never resemble that man again. I apologise to the women I’ve hurt. I deeply regret what I did and know that it has forever impacted all of our lives.”

Nonetheless, Michel’le has stood by her word and vows that the abuse really happened.
