Akira Toriyama, the creator of Dragon Ball Super, will be taking a one break resulting in the delay of the release of episode 59. However, fans continue to speculate regarding what will happen with the Kaioshin of Universe 10, Gowasu. Will Zamasu succeed in killing him?
As shown in the preview for Dragon Ball Super episode 59, Whis, Beerus, Goku, and the Supreme Kai were watching over the Universe 10 to confirm their suspicion about Zamasu. Based on Zuno and Goku’s tale, Whis concluded that Gowasu’s life is in danger. The preview showed that Zamasu succeeded in killing the Kaioshin.
However, it remains a mystery whether he poisoned him or stabbed him using his aura. If the speculations are true, it is still unpredictable how Whis, Beerus, and the Supreme Kai will react to Zamasu’s action. The death of Gowasu also means that the God of Destruction of Universe 10 will also die.
If Gowasu dies, Whis has the ability to rewind time using ‘Redo and Fix’. However, it is only limited to three minutes. If Zamasu succeeds in killing Gowasu, Whis will use his power to turn back in time and stop Zamasu from his evil plan.
This could create a major impact on what will be happening in the present timeline. Dragon Ball Super episode 59 is titled “Protect Kaioshin Gowasu! Destroy Zamasu!”. The Gods of Universe 7 and Son Goku will surely do everything just to save the Kaioshin of Universe 10.
Dragon Ball Super episode 60 entitled “To the Future Once Again! Goku Black’s Identity Revealed” will be featuring Son Goku’s return to the future timeline to fight Zamasu and Black once again. This episode hinted that the God of Universe 7 and Son Goku might have stopped Zamasu from his evil plan. Therefore, Gowasu is saved.
Knowing how Son Goku can freely return to the future, the present must be already at peace. There are speculations that Son Goku will be featuring another transformation to match Black who just turned into Super Saiyan Rose. Can Son Goku learn the same transformation?
Dragon Ball Super episode 59 will air on Sunday, September 25, 2016, at Fuji TV.
