Stranger Things Season 2 Air Date, Spoilers: New characters and list of episode titles

The first season of the Netflix phenomenal TV series Stranger Things has been a huge success this year since it has garnered millions of viewers from all over the world. And it also left fans wanting for more. If you’re one of the TV show’s fans, you should know by now that the Stranger Things Season 2 air date has already been announced.

Stranger Things Season 2 will air in 2017 and it was said to feature 9 episodes, unlike the first season’s 8. Aside from season 2’s air date, the producers also announced that the series will involve new characters.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, three new characters are set to board the sci-fi thriller. They are Max, Roman and Billy. Max and Roman are going to be regulars in the series and Billy as a potential regular.

Max is a 13-year old girl who rides a skateboard and is both boyish in appearance and behavior. Billy, on the other hand, is described as ‘captivating and edgy’ who drivers around with his black Camaro and he’s also Max’s stepbrother. Billy is rumored to have killed someone at a school he attended in the past. Roman is a much older person, between 30-38. He is said to have suffered loss at a very young age.

Parent Herald said that together with the announcement of Stranger Things Season 2, episode titles were also seen when Netflix released a trailer of season 2. The episode titles are Madmax, The Boy Who Came Back To Life, The Pumpkin Patch, The Palace, The Storm, The Pollywog, The Secret Cabin, The Brain and The Lost Brother.

The episode titles will surely give you an idea about what’s going to happen in season 2. Stranger Things Season 2 will again be set in Hawkins in the year 1984.
