World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) fans are set for a huge surprise as the company has scheduled the return of the legendary Mick Foley. Although the exact date of the return is not known, Foley will make a surprise entry in one of the upcoming episodes of RAW and make a new WrestleMania 32 angle.

According to rumors, Foley may not make a return on the March 7, 2016 episode of RAW but is expected to make a statement on March 14th show, set to take place at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as reported by wrestlinginc.com.

Speculations are revolving around Mick Foley to make a huge storyline angle ahead of the upcoming Mania. WWE is suffering from a lack of creative intent for their Granddaddy of Them All. Injuries to big superstars like Randy Orton, John Cena and Seth Rollins have added to the company’s woes.

All the big name stars who could have headlined Mania are either nursing injuries or are not fit enough to feature at the event, at least as a wrestler. Hence, WWE is trying out everything at its disposal to make the event memorable.

One of such instance has been pitting Shane McMahon against the Undertaker. The bout will surely make headlines since the match will be a Hell in a Cell. The other headliner of the pay-per-view will be the WWE world heavyweight championship match between Triple H and Roman Reigns. Brock Lesnar is also stated to feature in the event, although not against the expected rival Bray Wyatt, but against Dean Ambrose.

The company is looking to make a record at the AT&T stadium in Arlington, Texas for the highest attendance of 100,000 at a live event. However, they are facing monumental odds against doing that.

Hence, WWE is trying out every possible angle to extract one of the best WrestleMania’s of the recent era. Throwing Foley into the mix could be one of its desperate attempts.
