In an earlier report, Haas F1 has issued a huge warning against rivals that there is even more performance to come from their Formula One racing car. Haas F1 driver Romain Grosjean also claimed that there’s still more to come from his Haas F1 team, in terms of both car speed and aggressive tyre strategies.

Haas is currently beefing up its capabilities for the upcoming Chinese Grand Prix. The team is preparing its F1 racing car that will run a new Formula 1 front wing. The team has recently introduced a fix to the front wing of its Formula 1 car following a failure during a practice in Bahrain. Haas Driver Romain Grosjean suffered a front-wing problem as a result of vibration over kerbs during the team’s practice in Bahrain.

Work finished on a new iteration of the front wing just in time to get one for each driver flown out for China for the upcoming Chinese Grand Prix. Haas said it was the team’s policy to only bring new parts when they have enough for both Haas F1 drivers, Romain Grosjean and Esteban Gutierrez.

“They are equal, the drivers, so that is what we try to do,” Haas F1 team principal Gunther Steiner said in a statement, via the Autosport. “You never know where we end up at the end of the season, but that is our policy. It is much easier because otherwise you confuse yourself.”

“We just try to do things so that we don’t confuse ourselves, because if one has got it and one not then all of a sudden maybe the other one with the old part is quicker than the new one and you doubt yourself. So we try to do it equally and develop from there.”

Haas has made a strong start to life in F1 with Grosjean finishing sixth and fifth in the first two races to put the team fifth in the constructors’ championship with 18 points.

The team has recently announced that’s its making some bold move, and aiming for game consistency. Haas F1 Racing Team principal Gunther Steiner, who previously worked in Formula One with Jaguar and then Red Bull Racing, believes that the recent Bahrain performance, where the team finished the fifth place, showed the true potential of the Haas car.

The new American racing team made a huge performance in its recent races, scoring sixth on its debut in Australian Grand Prix and fifth in Bahrain Grand Prix, thus putting the team in fifth place in the constructor championship with 18 points.
