Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is already out and it brings in a lot of improvements from the previous game.
Dragon Ball is considered one of the greatest anime series ever made and it is obviously known worldwide. If you are born in the 80s or 90s, then you know how big the Dragon Ball franchise is. So, it’s not really surprising if something like Dragon Ball is going to get some video games off of it.
According to sources, the original Dragon Ball Xenoverse widely expanded based from the characters that were first introduced in Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi. It also incorporated an MMO style hub world.
Even if it was originally aimed at fans of the franchise, the younger generations or the newcomers did not hesitate to try out the game and it turned out to be a success.
As initially mentioned, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 brings in a lot of improvements but it is still based on the original game. Improvements include character customization where the fans can expect new abilities. The hub world has also gotten bigger, now seven times bigger than that of the original.
Bigger world, more players to accommodate. According to reports, up to three hundred players at once. Also, the visuals of the game has gotten a fresher coat of paint.
Meanwhile, sources reveal that the main issue with the game is that it is very similar with the original version and if you have played the first Xenoverse, then chances are it’s going to be hard to buy the storyline unless, of course, you wish to play more of the same.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 can now be played by Xbox One and PS4 users, however PC gamers would have to wait until the 27th to get the game.
