Aussie cricket fans have finally something to cheer about this season. Their biggest cricketing hero will be padded up to face the new age field before the Boxing Day week next month. After a rather long demo testing, Don Bradman Cricket 17 is finally ready with some amazing gaming features that include enhanced visual graphics, superior on-field action, high-quality customization and a mobile app series.
Don Bradman Cricket is back
The year 2016 has been the year of reckoning for many. Finding solace in a gaming kit is the easiest thing to do for now. That’s exactly what the most anticipated console game of 2016 is set to deliver. HES and Big Ant Studio’s Don Bradman Cricket 17 will be facing its first ball on December 22. The game will be available on PS4 and Xbox One platform across major retail and online stores.
What’s more? Even the PC version of the game will be launched one month later via Steam.
While the Aussies continue to struggle this summer in the home test series against South Africa, the gaming version is an overwhelming development for cricketing fans across the world. “We were overwhelmed by the success of our first run at Don Bradman Cricket,” said Big Ant Studios CEO, Ross Symons. This is the second edition in the gaming series after the Don Bradman Cricket 14.
PlayStation Now added 25 new games in its catalog in the Halloween week early this month, which included Alien Rage, Crimsonland, Beyond: Two Souls + Advanced Experiments DLC and Rugby World Cup 2015.
Special features in Don Bradman Cricket 17
The new edition will feature the heritage of cricket since its inception. The gamer can choose stadiums from all around the globe, and even create new teams and players using the Don Bradman Cricket Academy App. The app allows the player to bid for other teams and share it with other players around the world.
A new mode called Deep Career will seek new players trying their talent on new turfs against tougher opponents. The biggest development in the gaming series is the introduction of women’s cricket team across all formats.
About Don Bradman
Sir Donald Bradman is also referred to as ‘The Don” in the cricketing world. His legacy is invincible for the Baggy Greens who dominated the world cricket between 1925 and 1950, thanks to the batting geniuses produced by the Don. By 1938, Donald Bradman was ranked as the top batsman in the world with the most consistent average ever. In 99.94, Don Bradman retired with more hundreds and runs than anyone at that point.
With the launch of the Don Bradman Cricket 17, fans can relive the legacy in a thrilling way.
