Classic gaming fans will get a big boost from Nintendo’s upcoming gaming console, Nintendo NES Classic. The company is launching another retro gaming product for the holiday season, but it’s not a kind of modern gaming console that we always see on TV and the internet, this time, it’s more traditional and classic.
The Nintendo Entertainment System: NES Classic Edition, unarguably one of the most iconic game consoles of all time, is making a return in the consumer electronics world.
Nintendo made a huge announcement on Thursday that it will release a new mini replica of the company’s original home consoles with 30 games pre-installed, including beloved classics like Super Mario Bros. 1, 2 and 3, The Legend Of Zelda, Punch-Out, Final Fantasy, Donkey Kong, Bubble Bobble and more.
The NES Classic Edition comes a packaging consists of an HDMI cable, AC adapter and one NES Classic Controller, all of these are patterned after the iconic design of the original Nintendo’s NES controller.
In addition, the system can also be used to play Virtual Console NES games on a Wii U or Wii system. The full gaming system will sell for just under $60 and will go on sale on November 11.
Here’s the complete list of games included with the Nintendo NES Classic:
