Tim Tebow to the MLB is the hottest sports rumor this week. There is a great chance that the former NFL quarterback will be suiting up for a pro baseball team soon with a former MLB player stating that he sees great things in Tebow’s form and that he has a chance to become a good player in the league.

Tebow, who is one of the most popular players in the NFL despite a short career in American football, wants to try his luck in baseball. Earlier this week, there were MLB rumors that he will workout with a number of squads, who are interested in signing the former Denver Broncos quarterback.

According to reports, Tebow is working on his baseball game with former MLB catcher Chad Moeller, who said that Tebow has what it takes to make the move to baseball.

“I am beyond impressed with Tim’s athleticism and swing, and it goes without saying that he has shown a high level of discipline and strong work ethic. I see bat speed and power and real baseball talent. I truly believe Tim has the skill set and potential to achieve his goal of playing in the Major Leagues, and based on what I have seen over the past two months, it could happen relatively quickly,” Moeller stated.

Moeller played in the MLB from 2000 to 2010 as a catcher. He has played for eight MLB teams including the New York Yankees, Arizona Diamondbacks and Milwaukee Brewers.
