Cris Cyborg’s UFC stint has been very successful, so far, winning two in a row with her recent pounding of Lina Lansberg at UFC Fight Night. With the win and a long list of Ws in her stat sheet, it would come to no surprise if Justino gets what she wants for her next fight.

And it’s also no surprise that Ronda Rousey, would top this list of possible bouts.

Long before Holly Holm grabbed the belt from Rousey, and Cyborg dropped 24 pounds quelling her doubters and haters, the UFC had already been planning the super between the two MMA stars. The fight promotion’s president, Dana White had even predicted that a Cyborg-Rousey match would rake in record breaking pay-per-view numbers if it ever became a reality.

But Rousey’s loss in November last year, came a little too soon, erasing the chances of the former champ meeting Cyborg in the Octagon, at that time.

At that time.

Presently, rumors are beginning to swirl that Ronda Rousey will be making her return to the UFC before the end of the year. Though no official confirmation or announcement has been made, a list of speculated fighters for Rowdy has also been making its rounds online.

Some of these fighters include Juliana Pena, Holly Holm (of course) and current women’s bantamweight champion, Amanda Nunes.

But Cyborg seems to want to join the mix, calling out Rousey after her recent win.

“I want Ronda to come back,” she announced. “I think she should show people even when you lose, it’s not the end of the world. You cannot give up. Come back for your fans and let’s make the fight for all the fans, for women’s MMA. I think everybody wants this fight and it would be amazing.”‘
