UFC middleweight fighter, Thales Leites will get his hands full against Gegard Mousasi this coming UFC Fight Night 84 but he looks to win his match and quickly observe the main event between Michael Bisping and Anderson Silva.
Both Silva and Bisping were former opponents of Leites and both came out with the same result with him losing via unanimous decision.
The 34-year-old fighter claims that he is better than he used to be and wants another crack to probably getting back in the octagon with Bisping or Silva.
“I want (rematches) with both of them,” Leites said during a recent media day at Nova Uniao. “I want to fight the best in my division. If I have the opportunity to fight both of them in the future, I would accept it right away.”
More so, Leites is just happy to be in the UFC and is would be willing to fight anyone the organization wants him to.
“I see myself ready to fight anyone,” he said. “The middleweight division is stacked. From number one to number five, anyone can fight for the belt. From six to 10, one or two wins can get you closer. I think it will be hard for someone to hold that title for so long like (Anderson Silva did) in the past.”
