In the last three years, the Philadelphia 76ers have accumulated a record of 47-199, and they see a lot of positivity coming off with such a poor record. Perhaps it’s because they’d have no other direction to go but up. But it’s more because a new leader in Ben Simmons who dares to be great will now lead their course of direction.

From where they are now they have experience on their side, not of winning, but of staying together with less, and finally having the much-needed talent to forge on.

For starters, they now have a No. 1 overall pick play for them for the first time since 1996.

Ben Simmons Sixers addition makes them “the best passing team we’ve ever had here since I’ve been coaching.” Coach Brett Brown said in a report by CSN Philly.

At 6’10 they have a Magic Johnson type player running the ball, who can be a LeBron James ahead of it, and more.

“At times you’ll see Magic Johnson dribbling up the floor at 6-10, other times you could see a runaway train running up the floor like LeBron James just moving ahead and going coast to coast.” Brett Brown added.

“Sometimes you’ll see a little bit of bounce with Draymond [Green]. I just said a big point guard and some mobile 4-men, but what you mostly see is a 20-year-old young man that is 245 pounds that I think, and I don’t throw this sentence out lightly, I think truly wants to be great.”

While he grows to become the leader they need, Ben Simmons Sixers will soon witness their investment in center Joel Embiid take off. They expect the talented big man to be their “crown jewel of defense.”

For the first time in 3 years they’ll have a solid team of players with Dario Saric, Sergio Rodriguez and stable hands with veterans Jerryd Bayless, Gerald Henderson, and Sergio Rodriguez.

They have an excess of big men in Nerlens Noel and Jahlil Okafor, which they look forward to trade (at least one), and that’d give them more options and continue to rebuild.

Updates on Noel and Jahlil Okafor trade?

Brown refused to say whom of the two should stay with the team, or, if both should go. Despite the recent injury, Jahlil is reportedly in a fine condition, as well as with Nerlens Noel who he praised as having elite gifts.

A Jahlil Okafor trade is still on play despite recently rolling his knee, which contradicts NBA rumors otherwise.

On now having such talents in their disposal, according to Hoops Rumors Brett Brown said “Given our experience together, from where we were to where we are now, how can we all not feel a breath of fresh air, a new bounce, a higher level of hope and an excitement that together we haven’t experienced for awhile?”

Will Ben Simmons Sixers fulfill expectations? Will Ben Simmons be a Magic Johnson and LeBron James in time?
