Soccer star David Beckham was spotted inside the Staples Center to watch the historical last game of Los Angeles Lakers’ Kobe Bryant in the NBA.
ESPN’s Darren Rovell posted on Instagram a photo of Beckham at the Staples Center to watch the Lakers host Bryant’s final game in the NBA against their historic rivals, the Utah Jazz. The Jazz are taking a 21-19 lead towards the end of the first quarter with Bryant leading the cause for the Lakers with 15 points as of this writing.
It was reported that Lakers head coach Byron Scott stating that he will let Bryant play all night long as this will be the last time that he will be suiting up in a Lakers’ uniform. Aside from celebrities from Hollywood, millions of fans are also dying to catch a glimpse of Bryant’s final game as tickets to the match have sky-rocket to $25,000 for a courtside seat while other tickets sales run under $900.
Bryant’s last game in the NBA is also battling another match in the ratings as the Golden State Warriors aim to surpass the 1995-1996 Chicago Bulls record as they try to win their 73rd match against Memphis Grizzlies with its ticket sales ranges from $300 to $500.
