NBA and Chicago Bulls point guard Derrick Rose made an unusual demand from her ex-girlfriend who accused him and two of his friends of gang raping her in her apartment. Before the deposition of the rape accuser, Rose wanted his ex to give the used condoms from the alleged night along with the texts and photos.

“Any and all condoms that you retained as evidence from the alleged rape” is what Rose and his attorneys demanded from the accused victim before she was deposited in January. This was tagged along with the text, photos and emails which Rose and his companions had sent the accuser, as reported by TMZ.

Jane Doe, the name of the victim claims that Rose and two of his friends drugged her before raping her in the apartment back in August 2013. Rose has been sued for over $20 million.

The 27-year-old NBA PG dated Doe from 2011 to 2013 during which he is accused of forcing his girlfriend of having intercourse with his friends. Doe also mentioned of being asked to engage in random sex with strangers which she declined, according to Inquisitr.

Derrick and his attorney, however, are alleging the girl of squeezing money out of a successful sports star.

“It is an attempt to shake down a highly respected and successful athlete.” Lisa Cohen, a representative of Rose’s legal team stated, according to TMZ Sports.

Derrick has admitted of getting involved in a group sex with the accuser; however, he claims it being a common activity in the relationship and it was not forced. Doe has asked for $6 million along with $15.6 million in punitive damages.

It has to be noted that Derrick signed a five-year contract worth $94 million in 2011.

“We have complete confident that the case will be dismissed and that Mr. rose will be vindicated. This lawsuit is outrageous.” Cohen mentioned.
