Rumors and speculations are now swirling around the Cleveland Cavaliers who are reportedly trading Kevin Love for Kenneth Faried and Gary Harris of the Denver Nuggets.

The Cleveland Cavaliers succeeded to win their first NBA championship title after beating the Golden State Warriors in the recent NBA Finals. However, the Warriors are targeting to get their revenge next season with the acquisition of Kevin Durant.

LeBron James and J.R. Smith are still free agents. Though they are expected to re-sign with the Cavaliers, many are still intrigued regarding their response with the Warriors’ ‘Super Team’. So far, the Cavaliers have not made any big moves.

However, there are rumors that they are trying to move Kevin Love before the 2016-17 NBA season starts. The 27-year-old power forward has been involved in various trade rumors even in the middle of the 2016 NBA Finals.

Meanwhile, the Denver Nuggets are reportedly trying to move Kenneth Faried. Zach Lowe and Marc Stein of ESPN revealed that aside from the Boston Celtics, the Denver Nuggets are the team appearing most often in trade talks.

“(I’m hearing) Denver is trying to get off [Kenneth] Faried, which I think they are, but if they have to move a decent wing to get off Faried and get something good in return, they’ve got a lot of wings now — young ones, mid-career ones — take your pick,” Lowe said.

According to Taylor Hunt of Nugg Love, the Cleveland Cavaliers would be a perfect trade destination for Kenneth Faried. The 26-year-old power forward will be a good tandem with Cavs center Tristan Thompson, allowing the team to establish a fast pace offense.

If the Denver Nuggets will pursue the trade, they could send Kenneth Faried together with Gary Harris for Kevin Love. This trade scenario works in the ‘ESPN Trade Machine’. If the trade deal proceeds, this will help both teams in filling up the needs on their roster.
