Chris Bosh has been plagued by blood clots for the past couple of seasons and it puts him at odds with the Miami Heat. According to the latest NBA rumors, Bosh is very frustrated with the Heat and it could lead to him demanding a trade.
NBA training camps will open in less than a month and the 32-year-old forward has been showing everyone that he is healthy. He recently posted a video of him working out with Dwyane Wade and it is his way of saying that he wants to play despite the non-committal silence of the Heat, per the Miami Herald.
There were NBA rumors in the offseason that the Heat may use the stretch provision on Chris Bosh. However, the deadline for using the stretch provision passed and the two-time NBA champion remains in Miami.
If the Heat continues to frustrate Bosh, he might even demand a trade out of South Beach. According to Ira Winderman of The Sun-Sentinel, the NBA and NBAPA will likely step in if no solution between both sides will be agreed.
“The NBA serves a consulting role within the league’s concussion policy, with the uniqueness of the Bosh case likely to eventually lend itself to league inspection as well, regardless of the Heat either signing off on a Bosh return or expressing reservations regarding Bosh,” Winderman reported.
It should be noted that these are just NBA rumors at the moment but the situation between Chris Bosh and the Heat is turning ugly real quick. However, one positive sign is Heat owner Micky Arison commenting Bosh’s post on Twitter and saying that he is looking forward to seeing him at training camp.
