Draymond Green has had a very crazy summer and the latest NBA rumors imply that Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr might be upset about his recent antics. In an interview on Monday, coach Kerr talked about his relationship with Green and his reaction about last week’s NSFW snap.

“All I know is I’m one click away from making a horrible mistake, I know that. That’s what I learned from Draymond’s mistake. We’re all one click away,” Kerr jokingly said during his appearance on ESPN Radio’s TMi with Michelle Beadle and Ramona Shelburne.

Even with all the antics this offseason, Kerr revealed that he knows how to handle Green but he wants his point forward to get his head together. He also noted that Michigan State head coach Tom Izzo thought him how to approach the 27-year-old player.

“Draymond and I, we’ve gotten into it many times … but there’s never any lingering ill will. Bob Myers and I try to keep the momentum going. Every once in a while, there’s a hiccup and we address it … but he always gets back on track,” Kerr said, as transcribed by Sporting News.

There were some NBA rumors this past week saying that the Warriors might trade Green but it is far from happening. He has already apologized for all of his actions this summer and he is enjoying his time playing for his country at the Olympics.

However, expect more NBA rumors to swirl around Green if he gets involved in another controversy next season. The Warriors are the current favorites to win the NBA championship next season after signing Kevin Durant but they need all of their players, especially Green, to be on their best behavior.
