Everybody who loves NHL knows that it is very much physical. It is a “contact” sport. Approaching Week 10 of the NFL season a compiled list of the status of NFL injuries of key players follows in the paragraphs below.
But fans have reasons to cheer. Russel Wilson and Ben Roethlisberger are set to return, plus, most of the key stars of the NFL are quite fit as the season hits the halfway mark reports Fox.
Roethlisberger the quarterback of the Steelers is all set to return after NFL injuries in the knee. This may be as soon as Sunday in the face-off against the Ravens. According to coach Tike Tomlin, the QB had an excellent Friday practice and his inclusion will be a game-time decision.
The RB of the Bills LeSean McCoy is presently out with an injury of the hamstring. But Rex Ryan exuded confidence on his return Monday in Seattle. Incidentally, he missed last week’s game according to ESPN.com
The RB of the Chiefs is out with a concussion. Spencer Ware along with his backup Jamaal Charles are set to miss the fight against the Jaguars. To make matters worse, the Chiefs are also without the service of Alex Smith, their quarterback. Nick Foles is likely to start under center.
Another one of those game-time decisions regarding NFL injuries affecting the lineup will be the inclusion of the TE of the Titans Delanie Walker who was earlier ruled out with a groin injury. But Walker himself is all set, “Pretty sure I’m going to play,” he said to The Tennessean “I’m hurt. But I’m fine. The injury I have, I don’t think it’ll be something that’ll set me back.”
The set of injuries makes the game of football even more intriguing and interesting as teams try out different combination of players and are forced to shake up the existing order.
