Tom Brady, Gisele Bundchen can’t agree on the future plans of the New England Patriots star quarterback. Brady is not considering retiring from the National Football League (NFL) even after he won his fifth Super Bowl title.

After their win at SBLI, the star QB stated that he still enjoys playing the game and wants to continue his NFL career. Brady added that if it were up to his wife, Gisele Bundchen, he would have retired already.

Brady, who will turn 40 in August, admitted that Gisele convinced him to quit American football already. But, the Patriots star did not want to listen to his wife and said that he feels he still can contribute for New England despite his age.

“If it was up to my wife, she would have me retire today. She told me that last night three times. And I said, ‘Too bad, babe, I’m having too much fun right now.’ You know, I feel like I can still do it,” Brady stated to Jim Miller of SiriusXM NFL Radio, via ABC News.

“If you love what you do and you’re capable of doing it, then I might be so bored if I wasn’t going out there knowing that I could still do it. So I’m going to work hard to be ready to go, and I still plan on playing for a long time.”

Brady’s decision is to stay in the NFL is admirable since he’s already the most successful quarterback to play the game. Aside from five Super Bowl titles, he has also won four Super Bowl Most Valuable Player (MVP) awards. Brady just recently led the Patriots to a huge comeback win over the Atlanta Falcons in Super Bowl LI. New England were down 25 points but got the win at the championship game held at the NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas.
