Former Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel is in the headlines again after being linked with the Denver Broncos last week. He even claimed that he’s roommates with Broncos linebacker Von Miller.

“I’m living out here with my guy, Von Miller. Everybody knows Von Miller. Super Bowl MVP, Von Miller, my brother. I’m living with him right now. We’re getting our lives together, bro,” Manziel told TMZ Sports.

However, Miller refuted the claim by his former Texas A&M teammate via an Instagram post. The reigning Super Bowl MVP said that they are not living together but they are “brothers.” So, who is Johnny Manziel really living with right now?

According to ESPN sources, the 23-year-old QB is living with suspended Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon in an apartment in Sunset Boulevard. It’s not a good look for Manziel staying with Gordon since he was suspended for violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy.

ESPN also noted that the league and commissioner Roger Goodell are reviewing his application for reinstatement but he failed a recent drug test last month. A report by Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports confirmed that Gordon indeed failed an NFL-administered drug test in March.

“Gordon’s sample, which was collected in early March, tested positive for marijuana and dilute, according to a source informed of the results of the test. The source added that both the “A” and “B” samples collected were positive for marijuana and dilute,” Garafolo wrote.

As mentioned in a previous report, Johnny Manziel was rumored to have met with Denver head coach Gary Kubiak last week. Nonetheless, there is no guarantee that he will get signed or if any other NFL teams are interested since he has not made any major changes in his life.
