After the success of their “Not in This Lifetime” tour in major US cities, Guns N’ Rose are bringing their act to South America. But it seems the band is still not united as vocalist Axl Rose, lead guitarist Slash and bass man Duff McKagan insist on having separate dressing rooms.
Rose and the band will begin their South American tour starting on Oct. 27 kicking their gig at the Estadio Monumental in Lima, Peru. However, a source tells Alternative Nation that the dressing room assignment comes with a surprise. The source noted that veteran members Rose, Slash, and McKagan do not mingle with the rest of the band as they have asked for their own rooms.

With the room assignment, other members of the band namely Richard Fortus, Frank Ferrer, Dizzy Reed, and Melissa Reese share a common dressing room. It was also revealed that after the band’s performance, they ask for specific food served in the dressing room.
Rose, such as, asks his food be served hot after the band’s performance while other band members ask for specific food served after their show. However, this does not bother the management as the band’s recent North American gig gave them over $116 million in ticket sales. They are hoping to make a duplicate with their other tours which will include Asia and Europe.
After Peru, fans can catch Guns N’ Roses on Oct. 29 in Santiago, Chile while on Nov. 4 they will be performing at the River Plate Stadium in Buenos Aires, Argentina. From there, Rose and the band will fly to Brazil wherein they will play in five different cities. On Nov. 8 they will be at Porto Alegre, Nov.11 in Sao Paolo, Nov. 15 in Curitiba, Nov. 18 in Rio de Janeiro, and Nov. 20 in Brasilia.
The band then travels to Columbia on Nov. 23 and play at the Estadio Atansio Girardot and close out their South American tour at the Estadio Nacional in San Jose, Costa Rica. With the hectic schedule ahead, Guns N’ Roses will travel in style with their newly bought plane.
Rose, Slash, and McKagan may still have past issues to deal with but they do not let it get in the way as Guns N’ Roses aim to please its fans. They are being cordial with one another to finish their commitment to the band and its followers.
After South America, Rose and the rest of Guns N’ Roses will hit Asia with a gig in Singapore slated in Feb. next year. Aside from that, a European tour will also take place by the summer.
