Angelina Jolie stated that what triggered the divorce was Brad Pitt’s weed addiction and alcoholism. Rumors are swirling that Brad Pitt will face child abuse charges after an investigation conducted by the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services.
TMZ reported that the investigation stemmed from the allegations that Pitt verbally abused his six children while intoxicated.

A source with knowledge of the investigation revealed that Pitt, Jolie, and the kids were on a private jet Wednesday. It was there that Pitt got so drunk and wasted as he started to scream and get physical with the children. The source added that the incident traumatized the children and scared Jolie as well.
When the plane landed around 8 pm, Pitt continued his tyrant to the point of even trying to leave the tarmac aboard a fuel truck. It was not clear yet about who phoned the incident to the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services. The CDCF has talked to both Pitt and Jolie. The officers will also talk to the kids to verify the incident.
The incident triggered Jolie to file for divorce, although it’s no secret that the two have been openly discussing the matter before. But a source close to Pitt regrets dragging the kids into the case and mad at reports of describing him as a “risky father”.

The source added that Pitt takes seriously the matter involving his children and hopes that people would respect their privacy. Pitt has stated that he will go all out and fight for joint custody of their six children namely Maddox and Pax, Zahara, who are all adopted, and biological children Shiloh and twins Knox and Vivienne.
Pitt is simply pissed off at how Jolie handled the thing by going public. He wanted the divorce process done quietly and handled as “matured adults.” A very angry Pitt explains that by going public, the lives of the children are at risk as the paparazzi will surely try to invade their privacy. He does not want the kids traumatized by all the media attention.
