New rumors this week state that aside from personal matters, the popular young actor/singer could be suffering from a major illness, according to reports. Fans are worried that Selena Gomez is not disclosing specific details on her health issue because it’s some major issue that can affect her career.
Reports are in that the 24-year-old Selena Gomez is suffering from depression and under a lot of stress. Panic and anxiety attacks reportedly bothered the young pop star since 2014.

According to sources allegedly close to Selena Gomez, she has tried out using drugs to deal with the depression of losing Christina Grimmie, a very close friend.
The death of Grimmie affected Selena so much that she “has never been the same”, according to rumors. Grimmie died last June after a shocking attack on her after a concert in Orlando, Florida in the United States.
Gomez’s decision to take a break from her tour reportedly helped her initially with friends and family confirming she is recovering. However, there are rumors that she is back to being depressed again and can’t shake off the bad lifestyle.
“I think I drove myself crazy for a little bit. It was just easier to say, ‘Hey, do you mind running to the grocery store and picking some stuff up, I don’t want to get photographed’,” Selena Gomez stated to sugarscape in an interview.
Selena Gomez is diagnosed with Lupus, a chronic autoimmune disease that can damage any part of the body including the skin, joints and organs. Symptoms can last longer than six weeks or more. However, it’s her battle with depression and panic attacks that is likely causing the biggest stress for Selena Gomez.
